PRICES

All prices include use of the sauna. Local tax summer and winter € 2,60 per person/day.

From November 01, 2024, the local tax will be € 3.70 per person/day.

ARRIVAL

The rooms are ready for occupancy from 15:00, should you arrive later than 18:00, please let us know.

DEPARTURE

The rooms must be vacated by 10:00 am.

BOOKING - RESERVATION

Bookings can be made by post, telephone or e-mail. For firm bookings we expect a deposit by bank transfer.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

according to the Austrian Hotel Regulations. If you cancel up to 12 weeks before the start of your vacation, we will refund your deposit minus a processing fee of € 25 per booking. Cancellations up to one month before the agreed arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the room rate for 3 days. Cancellations made less than 21 days before arrival will be charged for the booked service. In the event of later arrival or earlier departure, for whatever reason, the same rule applies.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
